  • NETWORKING VOICE ADMINISTRATOR

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in voice network administration, including VoIP, call routing, extension mobility, and soft phone configuration, with a strong focus on ensuring seamless and efficient communication across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Voice Network Administration

    • Design, implement, and maintain the organization's voice communication systems, including VoIP, PBX, and SIP technologies.
    • Configure and manage call routing systems to ensure efficient call handling and distribution.
    • Implement and manage extension mobility, allowing users to access their profiles and settings on any compatible device.
    • Install, configure, and maintain soft phone applications to ensure reliable and efficient communication.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot voice network performance, addressing issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.

    Security and Compliance

    Documentation and Training

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in voice network administration, with a focus on VoIP, call routing, and soft phone configuration.
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice administration, including Direct Routing and Phone System.
